This portal is operated exclusively by Wild Journey Studios (WJS) and is restricted to current, authorized moderation staff. By accessing this portal, you confirm that you are an authorized member of the WJS moderation team and that your access credentials were issued directly to you by WJS leadership.

We want to be fully transparent. The following table outlines exactly what information this portal collects and why.

All actions taken within this portal are permanently recorded in our moderation database. This includes every entry filed, every record deleted, and every sign-in attempt — successful or not. These logs are visible to WJS administrators and are used to ensure moderation accountability and data integrity.

Audit logs cannot be deleted by moderators. Admin-level deletions of moderation entries are themselves logged separately, including the identity of the admin who performed the deletion and the stated reason.

This portal is a restricted internal tool. You are authorized to use it solely for the purpose of logging moderation actions within Wild Journey Studios games and communities. Any other use is unauthorized and constitutes a violation of these terms.

The following actions are explicitly prohibited:

— Sharing your access credentials with any other person, whether a WJS staff member or otherwise
— Logging false, inaccurate, or malicious moderation entries
— Accessing the portal for any purpose unrelated to official WJS moderation duties
— Attempting to tamper with, inspect, or reverse-engineer the portal's source code or backend
— Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the portal
— Attempting to access admin functions beyond your assigned role
— Deleting or modifying entries without a legitimate and documented reason

This portal operates a multi-layer security system. Your session is monitored for indicators of automated access, credential sharing, DOM tampering, and other suspicious behaviour. These events are logged automatically and reviewed by WJS administrators.

You agree to use this portal only from a device and network that you personally control. You agree not to share your screen, credentials, or active session with any other person while the portal is open.

Sessions will automatically expire after a period of inactivity as a security measure. You are responsible for signing out when you leave your device unattended.

All moderation data is stored securely in our Supabase database. Supabase is a third-party database provider and their own privacy policy applies to the storage of this data. New moderation submissions are also sent to a private Discord webhook for staff notification purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute any data to any other third party.

Moderation logs are retained indefinitely as part of Wild Journey Studios' permanent player record system. Deletion of entries by administrators is tracked but does not guarantee permanent removal from all backups.

Wild Journey Studios reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms when prompted.
